RegHero Inc. User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the services provided by RegHero Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our software or services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.



1. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for lawful business purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Services in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or violates our intellectual property.



2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or usage of your account.

You must not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services without written permission.

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Services.

  • Use the Services in ways that harm our infrastructure or interfere with other users.



3. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Services may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We may modify pricing upon 30 days’ notice.



4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the relationship secure and not to disclose it without prior written consent, except where required by law.



5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services remain with the Company. You acquire no rights in the Services beyond those specified in this Agreement.



6. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Services.



7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegHero Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.



8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice for breach of this Agreement or if required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.



9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.



10. Amendments

We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
